Clemson is becoming rapidly becoming a recruiting force in the southeast. The Tigers have transformed from the humble beginnings of hoping to find 2 and 3 star diamonds in the rough that the bigger powers missed to competing, and successfully I might add, with the big boys in the last 5-6 years alone. That being said, who’s left on Clemson’s big board?

For this week, I’d like to take a look at the homegrown talent of South Carolina with a top 25 ranking. Now that summer camps have come and there has been a more extensive evaluation of the state’s prospects, the pecking order is starting to take shape.

DeAndre Hopkins attended the Scout/Under Armour combine in Charlotte last month and his performance there has earned him an early offer from the Tigers.
