Does anyone know who all will be visiting this weekend? I sure hope we can pick up a few more commits. I know Tajh Boyd is comoing in. He would be a huge pick up.

Rumor is that he may not be coming this weekend. OSU met with him last night... Doesn't sound too good.

Hopeful...I agree with you if he got a visit from OSU that it's cause for worry because he took his official visit there Dec. 12th and if Tressel is giving facetime visits then they are throwing everything at him. But you could also look at it as him not really being sold on OSU either. He said himself that OSU is attractive b/c they have no depth at QB and he could come right in and compete. I also think that's what takes Oregon out of the picture. Oregon has like 3 {4 if Nate Costa decides to play again after his 3rd knee surgery} you QB's that will be no higher than Juniors, and down to Redshirt Freshmen.
He has BC still on his list but with Coach Jag leaving...i don't see that happening.
I think Clemson has a chance b/c unlike OSU...we don't have a "starter" coming back this season. We have a Redshirt Sophmore who has been injury prone and only played around 50 snaps in 2 years and 2 Redshirt Freshmen {1 of which is focused on 2 sports}. I mean if he feels like OSU don't have any depth...Clemson's is unknown, unproven and honestly if he came he has a fair chance to compete. In OSU it's Pryors to lose and that only happens if he get's injured.
While i think he's still a heavy lean to go to OSU {say 60%}...i think Clemson has a great chance if they make a perfect pitch. We'd need McNeal to recruit him...along with Jamie Harper and other recruits from the past 2yrs. I think we could recruit him with location, open competition and weather.

I agree PT. It's good for us that he didn't commit last night. I'd be willing to bet that OSU really threw everything at him and he didn't pull the trigger. Insider boards aren't saying that he definately isn't coming, but it looks to be true. I think we still have a decent shot, but this isn't a 'must have' situation like it was with Meeks. Remember that he wasn't even on our board 2 weeks ago. We've 2 QBs that while inexperienced, should be AT LEAST good enough and an improvement on Harper. QB along with RB and TE are positions that we don't HAVE to have this year. Safety, DB, DL, and OL are the priorities.

Hopeful,
Totally agree with the priorities. Tahj SHOULD be told he has a VERY good chance to start at Clemson. The one thing IMO that stopped him from pulling the trigger with OSU is Terrell Pryor the true freshman starter. Right now Id say that OL, and DB are the top two areas of attention. Im hopeful that Clemson is telling him that he has a real shot at being a starter, as he should. From what Im hearing his visit is "up in the air" as of right now.
DB-Jonathan Scott
OL-JerQuari Schofield, Quinton Washington, Brandon Thomas
ATH-Tyler Shatley
LB-Roderic Blunt
RB-Tim Simmon
TE-Terrell Mitchell
QB-Tahj Boyd??? (Maybe)
These are the guys I know about. There may be more.
