ESPNU 150 quarterback Morgan Newton was scheduled to make his decision public on Tuesday but has pushed back the press conference to Thursday at 10:30 A.M., the Indianapolis Star reports.
Indiana, Purdue, Clemson, Kentucky, Florida and Illinois have been Newton's known favorites for some time.
However, the Star reported last week that the defending BCS National Champion LSU Tigers were jumping in the mix for Newton.
Newton and the No. 22-ranked Carmel, Ind. Greyhounds will play their opener against Cathedral (Indianapolis, Ind.) Saturday on ESPN.
