Many of the TPT members are concerned that you no longer have a regular Administrator for the website. I am not skilled enough to become the Administrator, but I can learn how to be a Moderator. I have more postings on TPT since June 2008 than any other person. I regularly check TPT (which probably does not say much about my social life). Cures and HopefulTiger have also expressed a willingness to do so if you do not work out something with DeathValleyMike. We really like the interaction and hope you will continue to maintain the site. I have suggested a modest membership fee to DVM. Did he pass that information to you?
I worked at the Clemson University Small Business Development Center from 1987-1996 regularly assisting people start companies and manage their companies. I think a small membership fee would send a signal of value to your members, while creating a small amount of cash flow for you. $25/ year x 100 = $2500, $25/year x 200 = $5,000, etc. ....
You can use PayPal for all transactions. They only charge 3% per transaction, plus $0.30. So, a $25.00 membership would net you $23.95.
